Heading to Nicaragua

It's been about a year since our most recent overseas journey, and we're getting ready for yet another adventure. This past year (2009) we had some great close-to-home trips and fun times in Santa Cruz, San Diego, Vegas, June Lake/Mammoth Mtn., and of course at the annual High Sierra Music Festival (Quincy, CA). Most recently we spent a wintery weekend in Lake Tahoe at Dave and Michelle's place, along with some of our most festive friends.

We'll be heading out next Friday (Feb 5) for a 2-week trip to Central America for some Nicaraguan explorations, so tune-in for more travel tales from the Grateful Globetrotters.
